SunFun RV Rental  Contract                 Home

Lessee is over 25 years old and will be an occupant of the lessee's trailer at the time of rental and through the entire duration of the rental period. Lessee agrees that at the time of the trailer pickup propane tanks will be full or the cost to fill the tank(s) will be charged including a $20.00 fee. All propane refuelling during the rental is at  the lessee’s expense. Failure for the lessee to empty holding tanks will result in a $30.00 charge. Failure to clean the trailer and/or accessories/equipment will result in a $100.00 charge and if excessively dirty the cost of a professional cleaning company.  The lessee further agrees to all booking/deposit fees will be retained until the leaser firmly establishes the condition of the returned unit and its contents or rental items upon completion of the rental and fees as laid out in conditions maybe subtracted from this said booking/deposit fee. If costs of any loss and/or damages should  exceed the required $500.00 the lessee agrees to allow the leaser to bill the required additional amount to the lessees credit card required to be provided at the time of booking. The leaser agrees to notify the lessee of the additional amount to be billed. The lessee agrees to pay the full $500.00 booking/deposit fee to the leaser within 7 business working days after confirmation of the reservation. Lessee agrees that full payment of the rental period will be paid in full within thirty (30) days of the lessees first day of rental and failure to have the full payment to the leaser will result in another booking being secured and loss of full deposit fee if another booking is not secured. A $50.00 booking fee will be retained by the leaser if another booking is secured. The lessee agrees to notify the leaser of any property of the leasers being broken, lost and/or stolen and the lessee agrees to be responsible for the replacement cost. Lessee also agrees that the leasers insurance does not include the lessee's personal property. Lessee agrees that NO property of the leasers will be used, borrowed and/or given to any person(s) not named on the lessee's occupants list. Lessee agrees this contact must be signed and returned to the leaser before rental booking will be confirmed by the leaser. Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless of from, and/or against any and all loss, costs, damages, attorneys fees and/or liability in connection with the enforcing of this contract by the leaser. The lessee agrees that the leaser may enter the lessee's trailer  for the purpose of recovering possession of the said trailer and property belonging to the leaser and no action shall be initiated for trespass or otherwise. Lessee acknowledges his/her responsibility and will hold the leaser harmless from any and all fines, forfeitures and penalties arising out of any violation of law and that the leaser shall not be held liable for damages the lessee may incur to any property and/or belongings found in, on, around or to the campground. The leaser is not responsible for damage or loss occurring to any of the lessee's personal property or that of the 's trailer and/or property. Lessee further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the leaser from and against any and all claims for loss of or damage to property or injury to persons, including death, resulting through the use, operation, and/or possession of the 's trailer and/or property. If the trailer or any of the leasers property is stolen the lessee shall notify local police immediately and notify the leaser. The lessee assumes the burden of firmly establishing the loss and will return the trailer keys to the leaser should the trailer be stolen. The lessee agrees to NOT move the trailer at any time. The required check sheet will be adhered to at the conclusion of the lessee's rental period and any concerns/disagreements the lessee has with the check sheet the leaser will be notified the first day of the lessee's rental period. The leaser will not sell or distribute the lessee's private information in anyway. The Leasor Will Not Tow on Gravel or unmaintained roads. The lessee agrees there is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED IN THE UNITS. 

The lessee has read, understood, and agrees to all the conditions on the conditions page and the contents of this contract.
